Your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
πΉ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Email aromacandlesbyla@gmail.com with:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Once verified, we will either:
- Send you a replacement (if available)
- Or issue a full refund if the item is out of stock
πΉ Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You may be responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise
πΉ Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
πΉ European Union Customers
If your order ships to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period:
- You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt
- Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is faulty
πΉ Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will:
- Send you a confirmation email
- Process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days
Note: Your bank or credit card provider may require extra time to post the refund.
