If your refund has been approved, the products and packaging must be returned in an unused condition. You will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Our customers are very important to us. Therefore, our passion is to produce handcrafted products from scratch with natural ingredients, so due to the personal nature of our products we can not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
If your merchandise is damaged during transit, proof is needed within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the broken item(s) with the same item(s). If those item(s) are no longer available, then we will provide a refund. If you wish to cancel an order, it must be completed before the order is shipped.
We make every effort to ensure that goods are well and properly packaged. However, if you receive them in a damaged state you will be refunded or allowed to exchange.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Therefore, contact us within 5 business days and we will work together to rectify the situation.
Please understand that you might have to pay for the return shipping, but it really depends on the particular situation.

Damages and issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and contact us within the next 48 hours if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You must provide a description of the damage and photographic evidence to AromacandlesbyLA@gmail.com
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
