🔁 Refund & Return Policy – LAroma Candle
We care deeply about our customers and take pride in creating handcrafted products made with natural ingredients. Because of the personal nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product arrives damaged or defective.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery at aromacandlesbyla@gmail.com
- Include a description and photo(s) of the issue
- We’ll replace the item (if in stock), or offer a refund if it’s no longer available
✅ Refund Conditions
- Refunds are issued only for damaged or defective items
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you’re located in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
💳 Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method
- It may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process it
- If it’s been over 15 business days, please contact us
❌ Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us before it ships. Once shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
